INGREDIENTS (serves 6)
METHOD
Mix the Teisseire Lemon Lime syrup and lemon juice in a container.
Place the mixture in the freezer for at least one hour.
Use a fork to scrape over the mixture to form small ice crystals.
Return to the freezer.
Repeat every 30 minutes for 3 hours.
When the mixture has achieved the same texture throughout, serve the granita in glasses.
Add a few slices of lime or a dash of Teisseire lemon-lime syrup to garnish.
