INGREDIENTS (for 100 ice cubes—3 ice trays)
METHOD
Set out three jugs.
Pour 120 ml of Teisseire syrup into each.
Add 380 ml of mineral water to each jug and mix well.
Open your spherical ice moulds, fill with the contents of one jug per mould, then close carefully.
Gently press down on the lids to remove excess liquid.
Leave to set in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Remove the ice spheres from their moulds and use just like classic ice cubes.
